COGNITIVE BEHAVIOUR THERAPY (CBT)
CBT is a proven breakthrough in mental health care. Many studies by research psychologists and psychiatrists make it clear why CBT has become the preferred treatment for conditions such as:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Panic Attack
- Stress
- Phobias
- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- Low Self-confidence
- Low Self-esteem
- Anger
- Procrastination
If you are experiencing such conditions then you may benefit from CBT. Our experienced therapists will carry out a comprehensive assessment and will discuss whether CBT is the appropriate therapy treatment, and if so how the treatment will be planned and applied.
We will endeavour to see you within 2 working days of your request. We are professional in the way we conduct our business and only provide services that we believe we are good at delivering.

The therapists are either qualified Psychologists, Psychiatric Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Psychiatrists who have a specialist training and qualification in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). They are all regulated by their respective professional bodies such as the BPS, NMC, or GMC.
